Modular battery energy storage system, grid-tied or fully off-grid — single units to multi-cluster deployments
Step 1Output power per Ohmsbox
Each Ohmsbox holds 1–4 inverters. One inverter delivers 25 kVA, so per-OB output scales linearly: more inverters → higher continuous output.
Step 2DC-DC MPPT
Optional integrated DC-coupled MPPTs per Ohmsbox for the highest round-trip efficiency. Each MPPT adds 60 kW of direct DC-coupled PV input, no separate string inverter required.
Step 3Operating mode
Defines which energy sources the BESS coordinates with. The same hardware runs grid-tied, fully off-grid, or anywhere in between.

Step 4Deployment
Single units cover up to 100 kVA. For >100 kVA up to 1 MVA, configure clusters of up to 10 Ohmsboxes each. Add more clusters to scale further — there is no upper limit.
